Hari ni mesti balik awal, tidor awal
Jadinye...extreme skytrex kena cancel

Comment 14/6/11 - it's all due to lack of B12 vitamin
I had consume it more then two weeks, 2B complex + 2B12 daily
All mussle tense gone, the numb also gone, sometimes I felt needle pocking
It's when I didn't take B12, I realise that + no exercise
Regular walking more than 3km alternate day and walk around the corridor every alternate hour
This two walking habbit should be maintain. Last week, not even once
This week, 2nd day - today I must walk.
Yesterday evening I took 4 slice of white bread with curry, 10.30pm feels very hungry

Not good, I should take milo then fruits
Today I had two heavy meal...no for tonight
I should fast today but it's Tuesday better do it Monday and Thursday
Tomorrow? ... walking, Thursday - I should fast plus Friday?
No ...Saturday morning walk, sunday morning walk...alone? why not
